Warranty Certificate

Thank you for choosing OxyElf's oxygen concentrator. To ensure you receive a satisfactory user experience and after-sales service, we are issuing you this warranty certificate (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty Certificate"). Please read it carefully after opening the box and keep this document and your purchase receipt safe as the basis for enjoying the warranty service.

I. Basic Commitment

OxyElf guarantees that the oxygen concentrators sold are brand new and qualified products. The entire machine is covered by a one-year free warranty service from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, OxyElf will be responsible for free repair or replacement of spare parts for malfunctions caused by product quality issues.

II. Warranty Scope

1. Whole Machine Warranty (1 Year)
OxyElf oxygen concentrator main unit (including control panel, circuit system, solenoid valve, and other core electrical components).The compressor is a core component of the oxygen concentrator and is covered by the one-year warranty on the whole machine.

2. Accessory Warranty
Disposable or consumable accessories such as oxygen tubing, nasal cannulas, and masks have been inspected and qualified at the factory, but are not included in the free replacement scope (except for non-quality issues).

3. Standard Consumables
Standard consumables such as flow meters and humidification bottles are not covered under warranty (except for non-quality issues).

III. Warranty Period Calculation

1. OxyElf oxygen concentrators come with a one-year warranty (starting from 00:00 the day after receiving the product). During the warranty period, the company will provide free repair services for malfunctions caused by product quality issues.

IV. After-Sales Service Response

1. Repair Channels: Customers can report repairs through the official customer service hotline, WeChat official account, or authorized service website.

2. Response Time: After receiving a repair report, a response will be provided within 2 hours, and a solution will be provided within 24 hours.

V. Disclaimer (Not Covered by Warranty)

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty, but the company can provide paid repair services:

1. Products beyond the warranty period.

2. Failure to operate according to the instruction manual: Damage caused by incompatible voltage, improper placement environment (humid, high temperature, dusty), liquid splashes, etc.

3. Human-caused or accidental damage: Physical damage caused by drops, collisions, or abnormal external forces.

4. Unauthorized Disassembly/Repair: Product malfunctions caused by disassembly, repair, or modification by unauthorized personnel.

5. Normal Wear and Tear of Consumables: Natural aging or contamination of consumables such as filters, oxygen tubing, and humidifier bottles.

6. Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, lightning strikes, and earthquakes.

VI. User Instructions

1. Oxygen Concentrator Operating Environment Requirements: Temperature 5℃~40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, keep away from fire and heat sources.

2. To ensure oxygen quality, please clean or replace the filter regularly according to the instruction manual.

VII. Supplementary Provisions

1. This warranty is a complete agreement between the end user and OxyElf regarding product quality assurance.

2. To the extent permitted by law, OxyElf reserves the right of final interpretation of the warranty terms.
